1. Subject matter

TimeDeals Pavelka provides the SaaS product CapitalBot Sentinel — hosting of an autonomous trading instance, monitoring, updates, and access to the learning hub. This is not investment advice or portfolio management. Trading runs on your own account at Capital.com via your API keys.

2. Sentinel Hosted (99 CHF / month)

Dedicated isolated instance (app8–app55), automatic deployment and safety bundle.
Dashboard, telemetry, daily brief, weekly report, system updates.
Monthly subscription via Stripe; cancel anytime in the Customer Portal.
No trial — activate subscription after registration for full use.

3. Preset Pack (one-time)

One-time purchase of a configuration snapshot (.env + JSON + guide). No credentials included.

4. Your obligations

Provide valid broker API access and comply with broker rules.
You enable and disable trading yourself in the dashboard.
Use only capital you can afford to lose.

5. Risk & disclaimer

Leveraged CFD trading carries a high risk of capital loss. No profit guarantee. TimeDeals Pavelka is not liable for trading losses on your broker account.

6. Billing

Payments processed by Stripe. Invoices issued by TimeDeals Pavelka, Berglistrasse 28a, 8180 Bülach, Switzerland.

7. Termination

Cancel subscription via Stripe Customer Portal.

8. Governing law

Swiss law, venue Bülach / Zurich, to the extent permitted for EU/EEA consumers.
